We are very happy with the project Quality PM did for us. The entire process from design creation, to scheduling, to finish was as seamless as could be expected for a job the size of ours. We worked with Quality Design & Remodel to add a mudroom, remodel the eat-in area of the kitchen and renovate the basement. We chose QDR because of their reputation of professionalism, doing work the right way, and keeping to a specified schedule. All of our expectations were met and then some. We felt like our project manager John went above and beyond and we were sad to see the team go at the end of the project. Everyone we worked with was very helpful and responsive, especially Caroline. We would definitely hire QDR again and recommend them to anyone.
My family’s relationship with the Quality Design and Remodel team began in 2020 with the renovation of our master bathroom. Following that project, my husband and I decided to update, renovate, and reimagine both the interior and exterior of our home. During that time, we became friends and collaborators with the Quality team. Gregg, Julie, Nicole, John, Bob, Charlie, and Kevin have worked thoughtfully and tirelessly to turn our well-loved center-hall colonial into a modern dream home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, craftsmanship, humor, and willingness to entertain an endless stream of questions made them not only an ideal team to work with but also the only team that I would work with. Quality PM was amazing to work with. Gregg was there every step of the way. We did a complete renovation down to the bare bones and Quality PM ran everything so efficiently that we never had to feel worried or stressed. They payed attention to details and a timeline that was structured and followed. We highly recommend them for your home projects. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the quality outcome.
