This was my first time using Oliver Construction & Remodeling, and I couldn’t be happier. I needed my deck resurfaced and the railings straightened. Olsi came by promptly and provided a quick estimate. I expected the project to take several weeks, but Olsi and his team got to work right away. They removed the old deck boards and started installing the new composite decking the very next day. The entire project, including the removal of the old decking, was completed in just a few days. I’m thrilled with the results and will happily use them again for future projects.
Olsi remodeled my bathroom and did a fantastic job. He was always available for questions and took the time to work with me making sure we had all the materials to complete the job. Olsi was professional, diligent and I am very satisfied with the quality. Would highly recommend using!!!
Olsi is very hardworking, highly talented and extremely professional individual when it comes to any project, big or small. He is very punctual and shows up on time, and does not leave any work pending for the homeowners to figure out. This is a rare quality that many other contractors and remodelers in Albany area do not have. He is also very fair and upfront with respect to pricing. He built a brand new top-notch Trex deck for me along with his team and also worked on my basement renovation and has always exceeded expectations. He is always willing to go the extra mile and never disappoints his customers. I would recommend him highly for any new or remodeling project.
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Oliver Construction for some renovations at my home. First up was replacing 6 basement windows, the second was updating a half bathroom in my basement. Having an older house I always worry that products available on the market today might not work or fit in my home. I am happy to report that both projects were completed without a hitch! Mr Stavre is a highly skilled craftsman, patient and understanding of my needs and concerns. Hiring a contractor these days can be scary and I am grateful I found Oliver Construction and I am looking forward to working with them again in the near future!!!
