My 80 year old mother was no longer able to use the standard tub/shower any longer. I began a search on Google to find someone local. I called Knoxville tub to shower and the salesman John responded pretty quickly. I explained our situation and he told me what they had and answered all of my questions. Just honest answers and an empathetic understanding of what we truly needed for our mother.
Of course I did my due diligence and checked with a few other companies, however nothing compared with the personal interaction I had with John and Jack. After our consultation, I knew Knoxville tub and shower was the way to go.
Jack and his helper showed on time and did a fantastic job of removal and installation. We are very satisfied with the turn around time between the first conversation and installation,

Jack did an incredible job only took two days because shower Pan had to be set and dry for 24 hours. Love my new shower. Can’t wait to use it.
Wonderful experience with Knoxville tub to shower conversions, from the initial phone call to setting up the bathroom remodeling consultation. The sales manager, John, was very knowledgeable about their FIBO showers as well as the acrylic showers their competitors offer. When he explained the differences in products and installation techniques, I knew the FIBO shower system was the way to go for my home in Tellico Village. The shower installation was scheduled and installed in 6 weeks as promised. The installers Bill and Terry did a great job with the installation, covering my floors with mats and answering questions I had along the way. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, personable and professional. I would recommend these guys anytime. Thanks so much to John, Jack, Bill and Terry!
When I needed a shower replacement for our West Knoxville home, I was surprised at the number of bath contractors near me. I wanted some local bath remodelers, so after visiting the showroom here and seeing the FIBO showers, I was sold! Smooth experience from beginning to end. Smaller company, but I’d say one of the best bathroom remodeling companies in Knoxville.
