Eddie and his team went above and beyond to complete our custom remodel. His carpenters were highly skilled and very professional. We were very happy with the final results. Thank you Eddie and GES!
Eddie and the GES crew were friendly and did excellent work. I was especially impressed with Robert. I had an emergent situation with structural rot that required repair of experienced professionals! And we were taken care of promptly. And even though I made some scope changes during the project that I’m sure were frustrating they remained accommodating and friendly. Photos from before and during (I forgot to capture afterwards).

Owner Eddie Sanders stayed in communication with me before, during and after to ensure that his crew was on target and that I was happy with the Job. He made simple options available to me such as downspout location (see colored boxes), ceiling fan locations and more just to ensure that I would be happy with the outcome. They addressed and fixed issues unrelated to the job just because they could.
As with any remodel unforseen surprises arise. Eddie’s approach to each surprise was always by presenting options first followed by “How would you like us to handle this..” His crew John, Kevin & others were courteous, clean and quick.
I’ve done many rennovations and remodels to different homes over the years. G.E.S. is not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. But you will definitely get the quality and experience you are looking for.
The team at G.E.S. has taken care of big and small home projects for me. They are knowledgeable and I trust their work. Eddie worked to find solutions that worked within my budget which I appreciate very much. I have several more projects I hope to schedule with them soon. I would not hesitate to recommend them for whatever work you may need done on your home.
Eddie and is people are great. We are satisfied with the insulation job they did this year. They handled the energy rebate process for us as well and that was nice. I was also able to find, through Eddie, someone to help us with a tricky dishwasher installation (older home), patching a ceiling, painting our interior walls (living room, etc), and re-caulking a shower. His people have a wide variety of skillsets and are good at what they do. Shoutout to Kevin, who has done a lot of work for us, as well. Highly recommend.
