Albany Five Star Bath Solutions is great! The sibling duo was kind, communicative, efficient, respectful of my budget and space, and thorough in their preparation for the work. (My shower needed to be replaced because it was leaking into my basement. 😣)
I loved the contractors who did the install too. They were respectful of the space, took their time to do things right, and very skilled! (I appreciated the pleasant music they played too, very “your fav grocery store” vibes, lol.) I appreciate that I can now stick suction cup hooks to the walls too!
All in all, I recommend them!
We chose Five Star Bath Solutions to renovate our 2 bathrooms and let me just say, we were blown away by the professionalism, friendliness and hardworking nature of Latchman and Rocky, under Phil’s management. From start to finish, the process was smooth and we felt confident in the ability of the team to get the job done. Extra care was taken to prevent damage to the house throughout the renovation process and my wife and I were involved at every step of the way. You can tell that Phil and his crew take pride in their work and the results tell the story. The quality of the materials used was top notch and they tested everything following installation to ensure functionality. Finding hard workers that actually care about their work is difficult to find in today’s world but rest assured, you will be satisfied with a Five Star Bath Solutions renovation.
Phil, Latchman and crew did an outstanding job installing my shower pan and tiled walls. They are true craftsmen at their work. I would highly recommend their company to all. The photos show the work they did.
Had a half bathroom remodel and shower install. Came out great! Friendly, courteous, professional workers. Worked steadily, paid attention to detail. Quickly responded to any questions/concerns. Plumbing and electrical done professionally. Phil kept us informed of project progress. Very pleased with the outcome. Would recommend to be used for bathroom projects.
