I so badly want to give them 5 stars because I think they are nice honest people! They got me a quote so quickly to replace a tub/shower unit and didn’t try to push extra things on me like adding tile in the shower. I would have absolutely gone with them if they had allowed a financing option. $7000 is a lot at once when you support yourself and have other large bills happening at the same time. They did say you would pay half before the project and half after but it just wasn’t feasible for me. I will still be reaching out in the future for jobs if financing is available!
Flipper quality work at market prices. Bill lacks craftsmanship and integrity. He does not have quality control procedures and expects the customer to show him his defects. There was an issue with most stages of the project. Cindy was a pleasure to work with so the one star I’m giving is for her.
Issues include:
Ordered incorrect cabinets.
Installed flooring with obvious factory defects. Needed manufacturers assistance to make Bill replace planks.
Scratched multiple flooring planks during installation. Needed to replace sections twice due to installation damage.
Damaged wood window trim with grout and joint compound.
Several mitered cuts were poorly made and filled with puddy.
Tile poorly installed with varying grout joint widths. Tiles placed crooked with non uniform cuts. Left grout to dry across tile faces. Needed to buy powered brush to adequately clean.
Bill’s laborers do the majority of the installation and he’s quick to blame them for defects.
Multiple cabinet doors and drawers cracked and needed to be replaced.
There’s more but I’m sure you get my point.

The crew at Country Gentlemen were a dream to work with! From beginning to end, every step was laid out and guidance was given as needed – no pressure to pick one over the other and the quality of the products used was top-notch. During construction, the crew was on-time everyday and ready to work. The final product was exactly what was envisioned. Even felt comfortable leaving the crew alone when needing to be out of town unexpectedly for a few days.
Bill, Cindy, and the entire team at Country Gentleman took an idea and turned it into a masterpiece! Cindy was a fantastic help while I picked out beautiful tile and quartz counters for my upstairs full bath remodel! The entire team had an attention to detail that well exceeded expectations. Being a young new homeowner, I had several questions throughout the process. Bill and Cindy were very professional, thorough, and happy to answer any questions. In today’s day in age, quality is worth every penny. My kitchen is next on the list! Safe to say I have already found my people. Thank You, Country Gentleman & team for a stellar experience!!!
We needed to update our bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet, and lights. We saw Country Gentleman because of visiting the store next to them and decided to talk with them. Cindy and Bill were very professional and answered all our questions letting us know how long it would take to get materials in and what they could and could not do. Time for install the crew was prompt, polite, and clean. Work was done in the same day and it looked amazing. Would highly recommend Country Gentleman to anyone. Thanks for a great job.
