I really enjoyed the process of working with Tony (project manager) and Dan(builder) with Bennett contracting. Both were very respectful. Thoughtful. Helpful. All the details were considered which means a lot. The safety of my home, the cleanliness and all the building details from materials used and navigating through my home when my family was home. Dan outlined the building project, informed me of what was being done day by day and if timing would change. It takes a lot of blind trust to bring a company into your home. I would happily hire this team again.
Bennett Contracting just added a bookshelf beneath my window seat. I showed them a photo of what I wanted. Their employee, John, did an outstanding job! He is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. The bookcase looks exactly like the photo. This isn’t the first time I have used this company. I will request them for future.projects. They are highly reliable and do excellent work.
They always say you get what you pay for. With Bennett Contracting LLC you pay more but the quality of the work is worth every penny. We had two windows replaced and wood rot removed. We also had a semi flat roof redone as well as siding replaced and flash sealed. Bennett has partnerships with other reputable companies and they work together to get everything done right. Star Roofing handled the roof while Bennet handled the windows, siding, and wood rot. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. My wife and I decided to hire Bennett for all future jobs regardless of the cost. You pay more now but end up saving in the long run. You can’t put a price on your peace of mind knowing things will be done the way they are supposed to be. Friendly and considerate service is the icing on the cake. Great job Bennett and team.
When you live in a 100 year old bungalow a lot has been done to your home over the years. When we moved in 20 years ago we had liked the updated kitchen done by prior owners but it was not what we would have picked. Now my time had come to finally create the kitchen I always wanted, so with Bennett’s help we gutted it and created my dream kitchen. Sarah was incredibly helpful with suggestions, especially with quality materials that would last, be durable, look terrific and be timeless. George oversaw the job and David Clark was our master carpenter who did an absolutely amazing job. After David ripped up 4 layers of undesirable prior floors we put down raw White Oak wood boards throughout the entire space which we love and should last many, many years if cared for properly. Bennett carefully evaluated and determined that a wall could be removed and our ceiling elevated. Everything we had done helped open up the space and provide more sunlight. A larger window went in above our sink which lets in more sunlight all day long now. We love the extra natural light we now get here living in the NE. Thanks Bennett for guiding us and for providing your expertise, we highly recommend you to anyone who wants to pour the love into their space/home.
